  • Support the mobilisation of new homes as we expand
  • Champion a culture of safety and proactive maintenance
  • Contribute to long-term facilities planning and compliance strategy

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong background in estates/facilities management and health & safety
  • Brings experience in managing teams and contractors
  • Is well-versed in UK H&S legislation, CDM, and compliance best practices
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
  • Can work collaboratively across multiple sites, with great communication and leadership skills

You’ll need:

  • IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent)
  • Relevant H&S or FM qualifications
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • A passion for making spaces safe, functional, and truly child-friendly
