Estates and Campus Mechanical Compliance Manager needed in Preston

The rate is £22.05ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The reference number is: RQ1576895

The successful candidate will support the mechanical compliance function within the Estates and Maintenance team by ensuring statutory and regulatory mechanical maintenance activities are delivered efficiently and in accordance with legal and institutional requirements.

The role will supplement the existing Mechanical Maintenance Manager to address known compliance shortfalls and ensure timely completion of remedial works. The post holder will be responsible for contractor management, statutory compliance, remedial project planning, and system-based maintenance reporting through the CAFM system.
