Estate Technician - Voids Clearance and Cleaning
Ely – Covering Cambridgeshire
£25,459 - £26,799 per year
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm
We are looking for an Estate Technician to join our Estate Services team, based in Ely and covering various sites in Cambridgeshire. This role will involve cleaning and clearing our void properties to enable us to Let them in a presentable manner to new residents. You will be cleaning inside the property and on occasions removing bulk from properties or flats. You will also be required to tidy the gardens of these properties to a manageable standard.
The role also requires you to be able to use grounds tools and travel from site to site. The role is covering East Cambs predominantly, but other areas may be required. A company van and tools will be provided.
