Weston-Super-Mare
16 hours per week – Monday & Tuesday – 8:00am to 4:30pm
We are looking for an Estate Technician to join our Estate Services team, based in Weston-Super-Mare. This role will be lone working, carrying out cleaning of communal areas of various sites as well as fire alarm testing. A van and tools will be provided to assist in this role. Development opportunities are available within the team for you to develop your skills and career.

The full time equivalent salary for this role is £25,459 based on 40 hours per week rising to £26,799 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
