A leading property services company is looking for an Estate Technician to manage property maintenance and grounds upkeep. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with tools, a strong adherence to health and safety regulations, and excellent time management skills. The role

Estate Technician will include:

  • Clearing and cleaning properties to a standard ready to let
  • Clearing gardens to a manageable standard
  • Ad hoc works orders such as bulk removal
  • Completing grounds maintenance such as grass and hedge cutting
  • Completing daily work records and maintaining stock levels
  • Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a usable condition
  • Providing accurate information and updates on the progress of allocated work
Skills and experiences
  • Some practical experience in compliance testing and operating hand tools and light machinery is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Previous experience working with Housing Associations is advantageous but not essential
  • This role involves driving on company business. Drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence to operate a company vehicle
