Job description

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Islington to assist with the appointment of an Estate Services Coordinator, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at client’s discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Hours per week: 25.00

Rate of Pay: £21.62 - £28.91 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Carry out regular fire safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Undertake routine caretaker inspections, monitoring standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Line manage a team of caretakers, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
  • Coordinate estate services to maintain safe, clean, and welcoming environments for residents.
