Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Surveying, Property, Architecture or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and development control processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning applications from feasibility to approval and discharge of conditions.
• Advise on estate improvements, capital projects and event infrastructure.
• Coordinate with internal teams, local authorities and consultants to ensure regulatory compliance.
