Job summary

Silvertime Legal is seeking an experienced, self-employed Estate Planning Consultant to cover nationwide across England. You will advise clients on Wills, LPAs, Trusts and inheritance tax planning, meeting people who have already asked to hear from us—so there is no cold calling.

With full ongoing support and a commission-based, uncapped earning structure, your success is limited only by your own effort. You’ll work from home or in clients’ homes, often driving to appointments and using video or

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in estate planning (essential).
• Confident, warm and professional manner, especially with older clients.
• Self-motivated and well-organised, able to manage your own diary.
• Eligibility to work in the UK on a self-employed basis.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential).

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-booked, company-generated client appointments (in clients' homes or by video/phone).
• Advise clients on Wills, LPAs, Trusts and inheritance tax planning, recommending the right solution for their circumstances.
• Take accurate instructions and complete all paperwork to a high standard.
• Keep client records up to date in our CRM.
• Follow up promptly and build relationships that lead to referrals.
