FULL-TIME ESTATE CARETAKERS NEEDED LONDON - many locations available!

MONDAY TO FRIDAY, ONGOING TEMPORARY ROLE! 8AM TO 4PM SHIFT TIME!

£15 PER HOUR PAY RATE!

PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE.

INVOLVES A LOT OF EXTERNAL CLEANING AND MANUAL TASKS.

Your new company

You will be working with a well-known housing company, assisting their building managers to keep the estates looking presentable and clean.

Your new role

You will be assigned to work within a housing estate environment on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for the cleanliness and safety of the site, as well as supporting other staff members to ensure the estate is well-maintained.

  1. Perform all general daily cleaning tasks in public areas.
  2. Sweep, vacuum, and mop communal floors.
  3. Dust, damp wipe, remove cobwebs, wash, or polish ledges, window sills, radiators, shelves, fixtures, and skirting boards.
  4. Clean toilets, hand basins, and sinks.
  5. Perform basic maintenance duties, such as chasing light bulbs and painting.
  6. Transport waste to designated bin areas and clean external bin areas.
  7. Pick up litter in communal areas.
  8. Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning materials following health and safety guidelines.
  9. Adhere to all company standards, procedures, and policies.
  10. Contribute ideas for improving the estate cleaning service.
  11. Manage the effective use of cleaning equipment and materials, and report any faults to your line manager immediately.

What you'll need to succeed

  1. Previous experience within the cleaning industry.
  2. Full, clean driving licence.
  3. Reliable and punctual.
  4. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  5. Keen attention to detail and dedication to quality.
