We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Estate Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of high-end residential estates—primarily luxurious mansions across London. This key role offers the opportunity to demonstrate your strengths in financial oversight, maintenance coordination, and client relationship management, while delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Milestone Management: Ensure cyclical tasks and reactive works are completed on time and achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
  • Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage annual budgets, generate purchase orders, and monitor income and expenditure for financial health.
  • Maintenance Management: Implement and oversee planned maintenance schedules, conduct site inspections, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Maintain strong client relationships, lead meetings, and resolve resident inquiries and complaints with professionalism and diplomacy.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A degree or equivalent education, with TPI Part 1 certification essential.
  • 5+ years of relevant management experience, ideally in estate or property management or surveying.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
