Estate Manager - Central London - Mon-Fri - £55,000 - £65,000+

Job Title: Estate Manager

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Package

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

My client, a prestigious property manager, investor, and developer, is looking for an Estate Manager to join the close-knit team in Central London, managing a portfolio of commercial and retail properties. This is a great opportunity to make a difference and enhance your professional growth!

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of units in the assigned area
  • Lead onsite operational teams to provide high-quality service to stakeholders
  • Maintain a safe and high-quality environment across the complex
  • Engage with tenants, staff, contractors, and consultants to improve efficiency and value
  • Develop service charge and non-recoverable budgets
  • Oversee soft and hard services contracts to ensure standards are met
  • Ensure health, fire safety, and compliance standards are upheld
  • Motivate and lead the onsite team
Must Have:
  • Highly organized and punctual
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Client-facing experience
  • Strong administrative and IT skills
  • IOSH certification
Preferred (not essential):
  • NEBOSH certification
