Job Title: Estate Manager

Salary: £55,000-£65,000 + Package

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

My client, a prestigious property manager, investor, and developer, is looking for an Estate Manager to join the close-knit team in Central London, managing a portfolio of commercial and retail properties. This is a great opportunity to make a difference and grow professionally.

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Manage daily operations of assigned units
• Lead onsite operational teams to deliver high-quality service
• Maintain a safe and high-quality environment
• Engage with tenants, staff, contractors, and consultants to improve efficiency and value
• Prepare service charge and non-recoverable budgets
• Oversee soft and hard services contracts
• Ensure health, safety, fire safety, and compliance standards are met
• Motivate and lead the onsite team

Must have:

• Highly organized and punctual
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Keen problem-solving ability
• Client-facing experience
• Strong administration and IT skills
• IOSH certification

Good to have (not essential):

• NEBOSH certification
