At Bauer Media Outdoor, we are committed to creating the future of media. We’re at the forefront of industry change, making innovative use of technology and realizing the potential of Out of Home media.

About the role

As the Estate Manager, you will build and maintain excellent relationships with all landlords (private or local authority across multiple formats) to ensure the delivery of contractual requirements and company priorities. You will understand your customer’s needs and collaboratively manage the relationship, including processing new orders and communicating their delivery.

Working alongside the Portfolio Partnership Manager, you will create a strong team, enlisting support from Operations & Construction Managers as needed.

This role covers the South-west region, based in Bristol or London, with travel required to meet contract needs and regular visits to GSq, Dartford, Bristol, and other sites.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Understanding all contractual requirements within your responsibilities, including operational SLAs.
  • Monitoring and providing feedback on standards and requirements.
  • Identifying potential problems with contract delivery and collaborating on solutions with local Operations Managers or the Head of Delivery.
  • Supporting the Construction Management team with the build process, including site surveys as required.
  • Reviewing and recommending contractual and estate requirements to maximize contract profitability.
  • Building strong relationships and ensuring contractual commitments are met.
  • Driving new sales opportunities.
  • Ensuring site data on company systems is accurate and complete.
  • Liaising with the Marketing department for route surveys.
  • Carrying out all responsibilities within H&S guidelines.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in customer relationship management, ideally from Local Authorities, Construction, or a passion for Out-of-Home (OOH) media.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Good commercial awareness and sound judgment.
  • Highly organized with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative team player who builds strong working relationships.
  • Confidence in using systems like Excel, Word, and internal platforms.
  • Full UK driving license.
