Estate Management Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a contract position as Estate Management Surveyor in North London covering Haringey patches with a Local Authority.

Rates: £450/day – umbrella

*** 2 day compulsory office, and rest of the week to be spent between home and site visits***

Main Objective:

• Must be at least MRICS qualified with 5 years post qualified experience in commercial property with a private practice or client side.
• Previous work with a local authority would be also be ideal but not essential.
• Experience of lettings, rent reviews and management dealing with tenants and managing a varied portfolio of commercial property assets.
