Job summary

Places for People is seeking an Estate Operative to support the RMG team in London, ensuring Chelsea Creek remains a high-standard living space. You will help maintain the development, manage waste, and support car park and communal area upkeep.

The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with duties including moving bins, cleaning, operating equipment where trained, and following health and safety SOPs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in estates/cleaning/caretaker role.
• A full UK drivere22s license and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Move metal/plastic bins on and off trailers and clean general areas as directed.
• Resolve problems and adhere to health and safety guidelines, SOPs, and Risk Assessments.
• Work independently and in a team; operate or assist with machinery as trained.
• Wash down carparks, litter picking, and maintain exterior cleanliness.
