Job Description Estate Maintenance Operative – Northampton - £30,000

The Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a skilled and hands-on Estate Maintenance Operative to join a small and welcoming estate team. You will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of a range of residential properties and estate grounds.

The Company:

This well-established and privately managed rural estate oversees a number of residential buildings and landscaped grounds. With a long-standing history and commitment to high standards, the estate team works closely together to ensure the properties and grounds are safe, functional, and well-presented at all times.

The Candidate:
  • Proven experience in carpentry/joinery (certification desirable)
  • Competence in general maintenance tasks (painting, plumbing, groundskeeping, etc.)
  • A full, clean UK driving licence
  • Knowledge of basic health & safety procedures
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role
The Package:
  • Competitive salary, ranging from £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
  • 25 days annual leave (pro-rata)
