Extending into the wider garden, there is a large glasshouse which sits above a tiered vegetable plot, there is also a selection of apply, plum and cherry trees. There is also a circular tropical garden centred by a fountain, all of which are surrounded by deciduous woodland and a woodland walk. Currently in progress is the installation of a traditional pavilion as well as a beautiful, natural swimming pond, a project which the successful candidate will be involved in and will help maintain and develop going forward. Another forthcoming project for the Estate Gardener involves the creation of a classic garden at the front of the house, incorporating formal lawns, vibrant flower beds and borders, and a selection of distinctive specimen trees.
