Estate & Facilities Manager for Private Residences, London with travel, circa £100k gpa + benefits
A rare opportunity for an experienced Estate & Facilities Manager to join an UHNW household and oversee a portfolio of exquisite private residences.
We're looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused professional who can lead with excellence and discretion. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment — managing everything from maintenance and technology to security, construction projects, and household systems.
Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing high-end private estates or luxury hotels
  • Strong understanding of property maintenance, engineering systems & contractor oversight
  • Confident managing refurbishments & construction works
  • Able to lead and train multi-national teams to ensure consistency across all residences
  • Security-aware and tech-savvy, with top-tier communication skills
  • Highly organised, discreet, flexible and committed to long-term success

This is a Monday–Friday role, but flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is essential.
Location:London with travel required to properties abroad
