Location: Enfield, London
Contract Type: Agency
Working Hours: 36 hours per week

The Role:

• Deliver a range of enhancement and maintenance works across estate communal areas

Undertake tasks including:

• Carpentry (e.g. building boxed planters)
• Painting and decorating
• Pressure washing and external window cleaning
• Gutter cleaning and basic grounds maintenance
• Provide a customer-focused service as first point of contact for residents
• Maintain high productivity and quality standards
• Work independently or as part of a small team
• Represent the council professionally within neighbourhoods

The Candidate:

• Proven experience in practical estate or property estate enhancement project operative work.
• Good all-round trade skills, particularly in carpentry, painting, and external cleaning
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage your own workload
• Strong customer service skills and ability to engage positively with residents
• A flexible, proactive, and productive approach to work
• Experience working in a public sector or housing environment is desirable
