An opportunity to lead something a little different! We're looking for an experienced Estate Director to take ownership of a unique, high-profile luxury residential development in SW London, working for a reputable and growing property management group.

This is a landmark scheme with exceptionally high standards, demanding stakeholders and a real opportunity to make your mark. We're looking for someone who can see the bigger picture, lead confidently and take genuine ownership of the development.

The role:

• Take overall responsibility for the performance and running of the development.
• Oversee budgets, financial performance and expenditure.
