Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer - Leamington Spa - up to £35k basic plus commission

Due to continued growth they are now looking for an experienced Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join their team who will be carrying out viewings, valuations and business generation. This is a great opportunity to join this really friendly team.

Duties for the Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer will involve:

• Registering applicants and matching to suitable properties
• Arranging and carrying out viewings
• Arranging and carrying out market appraisals
• Providing feedback to vendors
• Negotiating offers between vendors and purchasers
• Progressing sales through to completion

Essential Skills Required:

• Estate Agency Sales Negotiating and Valuing experience
• Well presented
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong IT skills
• Full driving licence and car for which mileage is paid
