Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Property Valuer

  • Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 basic, commensurate with experience; £40,000 - £45,000+ OTE via commission; plus additional earning potential.
  • Working week: 5 days including Saturdays.
  • Requirements: Must drive and own a vehicle.

Our clients, a well-established and respected number one selling estate agent, are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join their friendly and thriving team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agent to advance their career within a vibrant operation.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, office commission, and potential profit share, with the overall package reflecting their skills and experience.

The ideal candidate will be confident, well-presented, and driven to succeed in winning new business and creating opportunities. The role involves generating sales, gaining new instructions, and providing high-quality service to clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identifying instruction opportunities, prospecting, valuing, and listing properties for sale.
  2. Analyzing market properties with competitors to secure new instructions.
  3. Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and purchasers.
  4. Providing excellent service and communication.
  5. Achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  6. Managing sales progression and accompanying viewings.
  7. Mentoring team members.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in winning instructions, sales, and exceeding targets.
  • Proactive customer service approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for matching clients with their perfect property.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Good IT skills and experience with estate agency CRM systems.
  • Valid UK driving license and own vehicle.
  • Live within a commutable distance and have the right to work in the UK.
  • Senior applicants should have a proven track record in property valuation and listing.
Additional Earning Potential:

Beyond the OTE, successful candidates can earn extra income through mortgage appointments, solicitor referrals, and other business referrals, currently earning between £3,000 - £8,000 annually from these sources.

  • Mortgage referrals: £35 gift voucher
