• Starting basic salary of £20,000 – £25,000 with an OTE of £45,000 – £50,000 (uncapped).

We are seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our proficient team. As a senior team member, you will lead by example and be responsible for:

• Negotiating property sales on behalf of vendors and managing the process from offer acceptance to completion, including liaising with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage advisers, and surveyors.
• Collaborating with multiple offices.
• Communicating confidently, with experience in consultative selling both in person and over the phone.
• Being commercially minded and results-driven, creating sales opportunities and closing deals.
• Representing the business professionally and presentably.
• Using your initiative confidently.
• Remaining organized, process-driven, and calm under pressure.

The role is Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 18:00, with alternate Saturdays from 09:00 – 16:00.
