Estate Agent Senior Sales / Lettings Negotiator / Valuer - Birmingham - up to £30k basic plus commission

My client is a leading, modern, and well-respected Lettings and Estate Agency brand established for many years in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. They are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings and Sales Negotiator with excellent deal creation and lead generation skills.

Main Duties:

1. Closing deals effectively
2. Developing new business and instructions
3. Creating standout property listings
4. Conducting property viewings
5. Building strong, lasting relationships
6. Following up with applicants after viewings
7. Regularly updating landlords on lettings progress
8. Advising landlords on rental pricing and property presentation
9. Producing videos and posting on social media
10. Generating leads
11. Matching applicants with suitable properties
12. Providing personable yet professional service
13. Communicating effectively
14. Maintaining excellent organisation and diary management
15. Achieving targets

Experience in Lettings and Sales is ESSENTIAL for this role

Working hours: 08:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday (Saturdays for viewings by appointment only)
