With over 5 years of estate agency experience, you will prepare for leading your own office. Competitive compensation package with basic salary of £31,000 and on-target earnings of £60,000.

Overview

Estate Agent Senior Floating Branch Manager

You will spend circa 3 to 6 months in a Floating Branch Managers role covering various offices where you will be working in conjunction with and covering for existing Branch Managers in their absence along with driving listings in various offices. This will be with a view to taking the helm of your own office once available and will provide you with an excellent grounding within the company.

Responsibilities

• From winning new business to motivating and getting the best out of your team, you will be expected to lead by example and must be professional in your approach to every aspect of the process of selling homes.
• Lead by example in all aspects of the estate agency process, including sales, valuations and instruction gaining.
• Spending time in office coverage across multiple locations to support Branch Managers in their absence and drive listings.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years experience in the Estate Agency industry is required and must include practical experience in valuations and instruction gaining.

Compensation

• Basic salary £31,000 plus £4,000 car allowance or company car with on target earnings of £60,000.
• On target earnings on offer of £60,000.
