Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator for an award winning Estate Agency based in Pinner.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast paced environment dealing with the whole of the market. You must be well spoken, presented and target driven and used to achieving KPI's.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car.

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 6.30pm with 1 in 4 Saturdays

Responsibilities:

  • Registering and qualifying potential buyers
  • Generating and conducting viewings
  • Canvassing to bring on new properties
  • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
  • Developing relationships
  • Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
  • Booking appointments

Key Skills:

  • Must have experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property industry
  • Knowledge of the complete sales process
  • High end property experience
  • Proven track record of achieving targets
  • Well spoken and presented
  • Be able to work well within a team
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
