Spicerhaart is seeking an ambitious Estate Agency Partner for Market Deeping, Lincolnshire. This fully employed, hybrid role lets you run your own business with strong support, local market focus, and end-to-end service from valuation to sale.

You’ll earn a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and a company car, with career progression and dedicated lead support to help grow your client base.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years experience in the property industry.
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
• Evidence of right to work in the UK (Passport/Birth Certificate)

The Role:

In this FULLY EMPLOYED position Our Partners are given the flexibility of a SELF-EMPLOYED model with full responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in their local area. They provide an end-to-end service for their customers from Valuation to Completion of Sale.

Support:

This is Not A Self Employed Position, which means we can provide our Partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This will include from our learning and development team to help you and your business grow, support from a Local Property Centre, the very best Technology and Industry Leading Marketing to help raise your brand awareness locally.

Our Partners:

The best Partners will have an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to want to be the best Estate Agent in their area. They grow their business by building local relationships, being obsessed with business generation, marketing their own personal brand and most importantly offering their customers an experience they can rave about.
