Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our Countrywide Scotland residential sales team in Dennistoun. As part of the UK's leading property services business, this role offers industry-leading training and support, a clear career ladder, and exposure to Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, New Homes, and other specialist services.

£25k Basic Salary with Uncapped Commission Career Progression.

Qualifications

• Ideally, have sales experience in a target-driven environment.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate with MS Office, internet and email usage.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generating and booking property valuations.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales.
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
• Maximising opportunities to schedule appointments for Mortgage Advisor.
