Are you an experienced Estate Agent, Manager, Lister or Valuer?

Fine & Country has an immediate opening for an Associate to work in the premium housing market throughout Windsor, Slough, and the surrounding areas.

What You Do

1. Focus on the upper quartile of the property market, offering clients bespoke marketing strategies using local, national, and international exposure within the Fine & Country network.
2. Work closely with clients from initial enquiry to key handover.
3. Market properties to gain maximum exposure, aiming for the highest possible price following the proven Fine & Country Presentation, Exposure & Service strategy.

What We Do

We provide marketing agreements, payment chasing, social media campaigns, estate agency prospecting software, property portals, new to the market/sold campaigns, leaflets, online targeted advertising, marketing menus, brochures, videos, and floorplans.

Support teams are available for sales progression, marketing, conveyancing, and lead generation, helping you succeed and maintain a healthy work/life balance.

Who Are We Looking For

An experienced agent with a track record of listing and selling homes in the areas mentioned. Must have strong business acumen, be professionally presented, and capable of dealing with U/HNW individuals by offering bespoke services and marketing strategies.
