Are you an experienced Estate Agent, Manager, Lister or Valuer?

Fine & Country has an immediate opening for an experienced Agent to join our team in the Reigate, Redhill and East Grinstead area.

What You Do

Focusing solely on the upper quartile of the property market, you will offer each client a bespoke marketing strategy, utilizing local, national, and international exposure within the Fine & Country network. You will work closely with each client from initial enquiry to key handover, marketing their home to gain maximum exposure and achieve the highest possible price, following the Fine & Country Presentation, Exposure & Service strategy.

What We Do

Provide comprehensive back-office support including pre-sales, post-sales, and administrative teams working behind the scenes. We assist with administration, calls, appointment scheduling, marketing, sales progression, exposure, and lead generation.

We provide marketing agreements, payment chase, social media campaigns, and various estate agency tools such as homesearch, HIPLA, property portals, targeted advertising, and more.

We equip you with all necessary tools, support, and assistance to succeed as an estate agent, earn a great income, and enjoy a better work/life balance. Our goal is to enable you to deliver a world-class service with exceptional marketing to your vendors.
