Are you an experienced Estate Agent, Manager, Lister or Valuer?
Fine & Country have an immediate opening for an experienced Residential Sales Agent to work the premium upper quartile housing market in Haslemere, Midhurst, Petworth and the surrounding villages.
Focusing solely on the upper quartile of the property market, you will offer each client a bespoke marketing strategy, using the local, national and international exposure offered to them within the Fine & Country network. You will work closely with each client from initial enquiry/contact through to when they hand over the keys. You will market their home to gain maximum exposure, achieving them the highest possible price - following the Fine & Country Presentation, Exposure & Service proven strategy.
We provide marketing agreements, chase payments, social media campaigns, Homesearch, Acaboom, HIPLA, all 3 main property portals (plus more), new to the market/sold in your area campaigns, leaflets, online targeted advertising, marketing menus, brochures, videos, floorplans.
We have 3 'back office' teams to support you; Pre-Sales, Post-Sales and Admin Support. They will help with a lot of the sales progression, marketing, conveyancing, lead generation etc.

An experienced Agent, who has listed and sold homes in some of the areas listed above. A strong business acumen, professionally presented and able to deal with U/HNW individuals - offering a bespoke service and bespoke marketing strategy.
