Are you an experienced Estate Agent, Manager, Lister, or Valuer?

Fine & Country has an immediate opening for an experienced Residential Sales Agent to work in the premium upper quartile housing market in Basingstoke, Hook, and the surrounding villages.

What You Do

Focusing solely on the upper quartile of the property market, you will offer each client a bespoke marketing strategy, utilizing local, national, and international exposure within the Fine & Country network. You will work closely with clients from initial enquiry to key handover, marketing their home to achieve maximum exposure and the highest possible price, following the proven Fine & Country Presentation, Exposure & Service strategy.

What We Do

We provide marketing agreements, chase payments, run social media campaigns, Homesearch, Acaboom, HIPLA, list on all major property portals, and more. We also run campaigns for new listings and sales, produce leaflets, online targeted advertising, marketing menus, brochures, videos, and floorplans.

Our support teams—Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, and Admin—assist with sales progression, marketing, conveyancing, and lead generation, enabling you to focus on client relationships and sales.
