The Property Experts empowers you to run your own property business with full support. You’ll be the recognised face in your local area, backed by a branded, proven framework that includes training, marketing materials, and technology tools designed to help you win listings and close sales.

Earn £8,400 gross monthly (£100,000/year) by exchanging three sales per month at an average fee of £4,000, receiving 70% of the fees generated and backed by a dedicated support team and success coaching.

You’re an experienced Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer. You know how to win instructions, skilfully negotiate offers, and get sales over the line. You enjoy the job but not the ceiling on your earnings, daily office commute, and building someone else's business.

Earnings:

Exchange on three sales per month and earn a gross income of *£8,400 per month (£100,000 per year). You receive 70% of the fees generated.
