Job summary

The Property Experts invites experienced estate agents, branch managers, listers and valuers to join as independent business owners. You win instructions, negotiate offers and drive sales while working on your own terms.

The program provides training, marketing materials, a personal brand, access to a CRM and major portals, plus a guided blueprint and dedicated support team to help you grow your business.

Qualifications

• Experienced Estate Agent, Branch Manager, Lister, Valuer, Sales Manager or equivalent property related experience.

Responsibilities

Love estate agency… but ready to do it on your terms?

You’re an experienced Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer. You know how to win instructions, skilfully negotiate offers, and get sales over the line. You enjoy the job but not the ceiling on your earnings, daily office commute, and building someone else's business.

What if you could run your own business without the financial pressure of going it alone?

Earnings:

Exchange on three sales per month and earn a gross income of *£8,400 per month (£100,000 per year). You receive 70% of the fees generated.

*Based on each sale exchanging at an average fee of £4,000
