The Property Experts invites experienced estate professionals to run their own business with our proven infrastructure and brand. This is a true opportunity to be your own boss, win instructions and close deals, without the ceiling on earnings or the daily office commute.

You’ll earn 70% of the fees you generate, with an illustrative gross income of £8,400 per month (£100,000 per year) based on three exchangeable sales per month and an average fee of £4,000 per sale.

You’re an experienced Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer. You know how to win instructions, skilfully negotiate offers, and get sales over the line. You enjoy the job but not the ceiling on your earnings, daily office commute, and building someone else's business.

Earnings:

Exchange on three sales per month and earn a gross income of *£8,400 per month (£100,000 per year). You receive 70% of the fees generated.
