Job summary

The Property Experts invite experienced estate agents to run their own agency and brand in their local area. You will prospect, win instructions and negotiate offers to close sales, while receiving 70% of the fees generated.

The program provides a branded, fully supported platform with training, marketing materials and a dedicated support team to help you succeed.

• Proven ability to win instructions and negotiate offers.
• Self-employed mindset with drive to build a local business.

You’re an experienced Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer. You know how to win instructions, skilfully negotiate offers, and get sales over the line. You enjoy the job but not the ceiling on your earnings, daily office commute, and building someone else's business.

What if you could run your own business without the financial pressure of going it alone?

Earnings:

Exchange on three sales per month and earn a gross income of *£8,400 per month (£100,000 per year). You receive 70% of the fees generated.

*Based on each sale exchanging at an average fee of £4,000

Suitable candidate:
