The Property Experts invite you to run your own property business with full support, branding and tools. You will focus on prospecting, winning instructions and selling homes, while benefiting from comprehensive training and a proven success blueprint.

Earn from fees generated with a 70% share, based on typical monthly performance, and join a network of entrepreneurial agents across the property sector.

Formación

• Experienced estate agent or branch leadership background with proven sales success.
• Track record of winning instructions and negotiating offers.
• Ability to operate entrepreneurs’ business with active client prospecting.

You’re an experienced Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer. You know how to win instructions, skilfully negotiate offers, and get sales over the line. You enjoy the job but not the ceiling on your earnings, daily office commute, and building someone else's business.

What if you could run your own business without the financial pressure of going it alone?

Earnings:

Exchange on three sales per month and earn a gross income of *£8,400 per month (£100,000 per year). You receive 70% of the fees generated.

*Based on each sale exchanging at an average fee of £4,000

Suitable candidate:

• Experienced Estate Agent, Branch Manager, Lister, Valuer, Sales Manager or equivalent property related experience
