Estate Agency Property Investment Consultant – Duties and responsibilities

• Liaise with vendors
• Book viewings using the company’s system
• Complete customer records and update records in the system
• Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish needs
• Close investment sales
• Market new stock on all available media channels
• Negotiate and agree offers
• Maintain and manage accurate records

Estate Agency Property Investment Consultant – Experience Needed

• Previous experience is advantageous in a property investment or Estate Agency role.
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• You will have solid IT skills
• You will be well spoken and well presented
• You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
