A professional training organization is seeking an Essential Skills Tutor to support learners in literacy, numeracy, and digital skills across three centres in South Wales. The Tutor will be responsible for planning and supporting each learner's journey to ensure timely qualification achievement. A passion for making a difference and experience with young people are essential. The role offers a full-time position with multiple employee benefits, including generous leave and a health care scheme.

Salary banding: £24,720 to £27,800
Location: Covering three South Wales centres in the West region
Contract: Full-time, 6 month fixed term contract
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 09:00am to 16:30pm

As an Essential Skills Tutor, you will work closely with our learners to arrange, conduct, and invigilate controlled tasks for those undertaking their Essential Skills Qualification. Jobs Growth Wales Plus (JGW+) is a Welsh Government initiative that provides work experience and training opportunities to young people and unemployed individuals, enhancing their employability and supporting job creation in various sectors.
