Vacancy - Part Time Receptionist

We are looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join our client. You will work 25 hours per week Monday to Friday 09.30 – 14.30.

Key responsibilities:

• Reception and administration
• General admin support

Reception Duties:

• Primary point of contact for visitors - this will involve a variety of tasks including answering the telephone, taking messages, managing deliveries and dealing with any enquiries.
• Ensure correct visitor procedures are followed.
• Maintenance of Reception space

Administrative support:

• Assist Administrator with IT and Health and Safety as required
• Communication with external agencies
• General printing and photocopying
• Management of the approved contractor list
• Order stationery and other supplies on request.
• Room bookings and meeting coordination

Safeguarding:

• Work in line with statutory safeguarding guidance
• Engage fully with the health and safety requirements

Training and Development:

• Complete all Statutory and company training when required
• Value personal professional development
• Engage positively in induction, probation, and performance management processes
• Complete all required and requested tasks in a timely manner and / or by specific deadlines.
