Responsibilities

1. Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects.
2. Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on client needs; prepare bidding documents.
3. Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project implementation.
4. Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information.
5. Collect and analyze local market technical requirements, transforming them into competitive product demands.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical, automation, or related fields.
2. Familiar with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems.
3. Experience in microgrid energy storage system development; familiar with grid-forming PCS technology.
4. Knowledge of energy storage project development processes and requirements in overseas regions.
5. Priority for candidates with 3+ years of experience in energy projects (storage, photovoltaic, power generation).
6. Proficient in reading technical specifications and papers in English; strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
7. Excellent user needs analysis and customer relationship management abilities.
8. Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, execution, and logical thinking skills.
