The Spa & Wellness Director must be a dynamic individual with vision to lead, guide, and develop the ESPALife team, coordinating with the Corinthia Hotel team. Responsibilities include:

1. Financial management – forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
2. Marketing and PR – strategizing, developing, and executing marketing initiatives; representing ESPALife in PR and sales; collaborating with the Hotel Sales & Marketing team
3. Leadership – recruiting, training, and developing a strong team; maintaining cohesion to deliver a genuine Wellness experience; excellent communication and personal presentation skills are essential
4. Operational experience – at Director level in a 5-star environment, with focus on guest care and standards
5. Wellness expertise – knowledge and dedication to delivering an exceptional Wellness experience; vision to advance ESPALife’s offerings through team development and innovative practices
