Job description

Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for an ESOL Pastoral Support Tutor to join our Slough and Langley college team on a full-time, permanent basis over 39 weeks, including term-time.

Please note the expected start date for this role is Wednesday, 20th August 2025.

Are you passionate about supporting learners in their educational journey?Join Windsor Forest Colleges Group as an ESOL Pastoral Tutor, where you will provide vital guidance on academic performance and financial welfare to students, parents, and staff.Lead engaging pastoral and personal development activities tailored to the unique needs of ESOL learners. Your one-to-one tutoring and coaching will enhance wellbeing, study skills, and academic success. Collaborate with educators and managers to deliver an outstanding college experience for all students.Plus, work alongside safeguarding leads to contribute to PEP meetings, ensuring student welfare remains a priority.
