What You'll Do

We are currently recruiting full and part-time ESOL lecturers at the Adams campus, starting September 2025. We deliver from Pre-Entry to level 2 ESOL, as well as GCSE Maths and English, to both 16–19-year-old full-time students and part-time adults. The role includes teaching various skills and levels, tracking and monitoring student performance, setting student targets, and marking coursework and exams.

Who We're Looking For

  • Have a strong background in teaching ESOL across various levels and age groups.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and meet tight deadlines.
  • Hold a recognised Level 5 teaching qualification.
  • Be passionate about making a positive difference to students.
  • You will be supported by ESOL managers, Curriculum Leads, and Advanced Practitioners.
