You will own TCE’s ESG measurement and reporting obligations, ensuring compliance with internal, parent company, and customer expectations. Additionally, you will support the SHE team with data, reporting, and SHE improvement initiatives.

A key part of your role will involve streamlining, improving, and automating data collection and reporting processes.

What will I be doing?
  • Compiling and issuing monthly scorecards/KPIs for Health & Safety, Environment/Waste, and Sustainability.
  • Collecting and reporting ESG data internally and to the parent company, including sustainability data for Lostock and Winnington sites.
  • Tracking Sustainability KPIs.
  • Preparing and submitting monthly PSI safety reports.
  • Performing administrative duties such as Mango system data management and document handling, becoming a Mango super user.
  • Coordinating the annual ESG audit and supporting business functions to ensure data availability.
  • Developing SHE improvement plans and attending quarterly meetings.
  • Escalating system gaps for resolution.
  • Managing waste data checks and environmental scorecard statistics.
  • Preparing for EA submissions, PI Reporting, and ESG sustainability reporting.
  • Supporting ISO 14001 and 45001 audits and tracking actions in Mango.
  • Compiling data for EMS/SMS reviews across sites.
  • Reporting water abstraction data for the Winnington site.
  • Implementing hazardous waste tracking systems.
  • Maintaining the Legislation Update System, including monthly reviews.
  • Serving as the point of contact for ESG reporting to the parent company and participating in monthly ESG forums.
What kind of person are we looking for?

Someone highly organized, IT proficient, and comfortable with systems and data management. Experience with ESG reporting, SHE systems, and audit preparation is important, with relevant qualifications being a plus. The ability to work as part of a team, handle multiple priorities, and engage with various stakeholders is essential. Qualifications in environment, SHE, or sustainability are desirable but not mandatory.
