Job summary

Halliday Marx is seeking an ESG Reporting Analyst in Central London to manage data collection for ESG reporting and support strategy delivery. You will coordinate with finance and non-finance teams, assist with an ESG reporting tool rollout, and help prepare inputs for the Annual Report.

The role requires experience in ESG reporting/assurance, familiarity with CDP/EcoVadis, and strong Excel skills. A passion for sustainability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of ESG assurance and/or reporting.
• Experience in CDP and EcoVadis submissions.
• Knowledge of ESG standards, frameworks and regulations including TCFD, CSRD and SASB.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel.
• Passion for sustainability and commitment to driving positive change through ESG practices.
• Ability to communicate and build relationships with Local and Global finance and non-finance teams; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant industry experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely collection of ESG data from across the Group in accordance with sustainability standards and relevant statutory requirements
• Support the ESG team with driving the Group’s ESG strategy through providing accurate data
• Support the Reporting and ESG team with the implementation of an ESG reporting tool, alongside the framework to govern the timely collection of various data points
• Supporting the ESG and Reporting team identifying any data gaps and determining appropriate solutions to meet reporting requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collate financial and non-financial data for ESG reporting
• Support the Reporting and ESG team with external auditors/ assurance providers
• Collaborating with the ESG and Group Reporting team on the preparation of information for the Annual Report
• Working with external advisors on evolving ESG standards, implement policies and ensure emerging ESG reporting practices and sustainable practices, which ultimately drive the Group’s ESG strategy
