Role Purpose:

As the ESG Programmes Manager, you will support the development and implementation of effective ESG strategies, driving sustainability initiatives and ensuring compliance with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and refine ESG frameworks and strategies.
2. Contribute to climate targets and net-zero strategies.
3. Implement sustainable supply chain strategies.
4. Prepare comprehensive sustainability reports.
5. Conduct research and analysis on sustainability trends and best practices.
6. Develop and deliver training materials on ESG topics.
7. Engage in community initiatives and ESG-related working groups.

Requirements:

1. Degree in sustainability, environmental studies, ESG in business, or finance.
2. Strong understanding and experience with ESG concepts and frameworks.
3. Proven experience in leading ESG programmes in corporate environments.
4. Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
5. Familiarity with SBTi, EU CSRD, GRI, BREEAM/LEED, and the GHG Protocol.
6. Experience in data centre, construction, real estate, or software sectors is a plus.
