This role is integral in helping implement and embed our ESG principles across the business and supply chain. Working closely with the ESG Manager, you’ll help manage projects, improve supplier standards, and champion initiatives that strengthen transparency, compliance, and responsible practices. You’ll also play a key role in engaging internal teams, supporting suppliers, and driving continuous improvement in Reiss’s sustainability journey.

Who you are
  • Passionate about driving positive change in the fashion industry with a strong understanding of environmental and social issues.
  • Experienced in ESG or sustainability, ideally within a premium fashion or retail environment.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Skilled in MS Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and confident handling data and databases.
  • A clear and confident communicator with excellent project management skills.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with a genuine interest in turning sustainability strategy into measurable action.
  • A supportive team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting the ESG Manager with the implementation of the NEXT Code of Practice and supplier non-compliance remediation.
  • Assisting with supplier engagement, onboarding, and training on ESG and compliance requirements.
  • Managing and maintaining ESG documentation, including onboarding materials and the ESG handbook.
  • Coordinating responsible claims management, including certification capture, due diligence checks, and policy compliance.
  • Monitoring responsible material memberships and supporting suppliers to improve sustainability practices.
  • Assisting with traceability and supply chain mapping, including the rollout and engagement of Segura and Cascale platforms.
  • Supporting internal teams with ESG data capture, carbon reporting, and compliance with regulations such as EPR.
  • Developing and delivering internal ESG communications and training, building awareness across departments.
  • Staying informed on industry initiatives and incoming regulations, contributing to Reiss’s sustainability strategy, and representing the brand in relevant forums.
What we’ll do for you
  • Competitive salary and company bonus.
  • Up to 65% employee discount.
  • Access to exclusive sample sales.
  • Aviva DigiCare+ wellbeing services.
  • Medicash health support plan.
  • Workplace pension contributions.
  • Enhanced parental leave policies.
  • Electric Vehicle scheme via Octopus Energy.
  • Cycle to Work programme.
  • Season ticket travel loan.
  • Plus further workplace benefits.
