Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking an ESG Consultant for a 6-12 month contract in Exeter, UK. The role involves ensuring ESG compliance, driving continuous improvement, and managing stakeholder relations for a multi-year public sector client. Ideal candidates will have experience in ESG and sustainability, strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks (GRI, TCFD, UN SDGs).
• Background in public sector or consultancy projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary ESG liaison between client, vendors, and the client.
• Assess and monitor supplier ESG commitments against agreed standards.
• Develop and deliver ESG action plans, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Track and report progress against ESG objectives, ensuring audit-ready evidence.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across ESG performance.

PT Renewables is looking for an ESG Consultant to support a our IT client in delivering on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments for a multi-year public sector client.

This role is all about ensuring ESG compliance, driving continuous improvement, and building strong stakeholder relationships - a chance to make a real impact in a high-profile programme.

• Act as the primary ESG liaison between client, vendors, and the client.
• Assess and monitor supplier ESG commitments against agreed standards

About you:
