You will translate complex EU/UK ESG rules into practical controls, audit data validation, and maintain independence and transparency while collaborating with a compact team in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Regulatory Compliance, Sustainability, Finance, or related field.
• Regulatory frameworks overseen by ESMA or FCA or experience within ESMA/FCA-regulated entity.
• Specialised knowledge of European/UK ESG regulatory frameworks incl. CSRD, with conflict-of-interest management.

Responsibilities

• Research international ESG legislation and convert into internal audit frameworks and controls.
• Analyse validation data and workflows to identify gaps and address conflicts of interest.
• Maintain inspection-ready internal audit logs, policies, and documentation for regulatory standards.
